Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Infiniti QX60- Video
Hi, everyone. Aidan here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 here on our 2018 Infini QX60. Now the Sherpa is going to be a platform style bike rack, holding the bike by the wheel up front primarily here. We do have a secondary strap on the wheel in the back here, but this is gonna mean zero frame contact, making it good for our carbon frame bikes and our alternative frame bikes. It does have a 40-pound weight capacity per bike. more

RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Infiniti QX60- Video

Now the GuideRail is going to be a platform style bike rack capable of holding up to two bikes. It's gonna hold the bikes by the tires here on the front and the back, which means zero frame contact making it good for our carbon frame bikes, our alternative frame bikes, and with a 60-pound weight capacity per bike, even good for our e-bikes. So we can accommodate a large variety of bikes here. more

Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com, and, today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack here on our 2018 Infiniti QX60. Now the NV is going to be a really high-quality, premium bike rack with a lot of unique features. To start off, it is going to be a platform style that holds the bike primarily by this front wheel here using this wheel hook, which means zero-frame contact. That is gonna mean it's great for our carbon-frame bikes, our alternative-frame bikes, and with a 60-pound wake capacity per bike, even good for some of our e-bikes with that battery removed. So it's going to be really versatile and accommodate a wide variety of bikes. Now it does have the ability to tilt away with the bikes loaded. more

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Piston Pro X here on our 2018 Infiniti QX60. Now, the Piston Pro is going to be a very nice high-end bike rack that's holding the bike by the tires. And that's gonna make it good for our carbon frame bikes, our alternative frame bikes, and with a 67-pound weight capacity per bike, even good for some of our e-bikes. Now, it is going to get a pretty good hold on the bike here, and it's going to function much like any other wheel-mounted bike rack, but it's gonna have some really unique features along the way. Starting off, though, we are going to have the ability to tilt the rack away with the bikes loaded by coming down to this lever here, pushing that in, and lowering the bike rack down. more

RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Infiniti QX60- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Infiniti QX 60, we're going to be test fitting the RockyMounts Backstage 2 Bike Platform Rack, part number RKY10002. Right now we have it installed on our vehicle, with a bike on it already, so let's go ahead and show off some of the features. This is a pretty unique bike rack given that it has two ways to get away from the vehicle, so you can rear hatch access. First is going to be its ability to tilt away. To do that, hold onto the bike rack and come to the handle up at the front here. It's blue, so it's very easy to see. more

RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Infiniti QX60 RKY10007- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Infiniti QX60, we're going to be testing the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo One Bike Platform Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches. This is going to be part number RKY10007. You can purchase an addition to this to convert this to a two-bike rack and that's going to be part number RKY10005, or you can get it as a kit as part number RKY10007-05.Let's go ahead and take a closer look at some of the features of this bike rack. This is pretty much a bike rack for a single person on the go wanting to hit the trails. Unlike most of the other one-bike platform racks, this one actually tilts away from the vehicle with the bike on it to gain rear hatch access, and if you we're to purchase an addition to it, it can tilt away with both bikes on it as well.To tilt it away, you come to the front here to this blue handle. We'll pull that towards us slightly like so. more

Reese Explore Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Infiniti QX60- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Infiniti QX60, we're going to be test fitting the Reese Explore 4-bike rack for 2" hitches, part number 63124. We already have a bike installed on our rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look here and show off some of the features.Now a unique feature about this is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes attached, which is pretty different for a hanging-style bike rack. Now, we're not going to necessarily show that to you with this because I wouldn't necessarily recommend that because you could potentially damage bikes when you do that. Right now, we do have a road bike installed on this, but this will also work with mountain bikes, alternate frame bikes and kids' bikes, although in some cases you may be required to use a bike adapter bar, which is sold separately. At the end here, we also have this reflector here for better visibility at night.The cradles themselves have this padding on the inside here to help protect the frame once it's installed. more
